Challenge Development of a consumer-friendly, interactive, progressive website with innovative functionality. The site should be a strategic component of GHA’s integrated marketing efforts.
Using Lotus Notes as a development platform, eStrategy designed, programmed and deployed a fully relational database of provider information. The site allows patients & consumers to search for physicians by location, specialty, or name and provides detailed information about all GHA medical centers. A secure, web-based interface was created for easy administration by GHA staff.
Patient feedback has indicated that the new GHA website has greatly increased patient satisfaction as well as improved communication efforts in the communities served.

Intranets / Extranets
A rapidly growing staff was the catalyst for developing an intranet for insurance broker J.W. Terrill. Lotus Notes was in place for handling email, but only a subset of its' features were being utilized. Workflow needed streamlining-and paper forms were cumbersome.
A comprehensive analysis of forms, handbooks & guides revealed not only a need for online document management, but also revealed a lack of visual continuity that diluted the J.W.Terrill brand.
Having recently completed the development of jwterrill.com, Terrill's
public internet site, eStrategy was a natural choice for creating an
intranet for the company.
In addition to laying the foundation for "TERRILLNet" - the firm's new
intranet, eStrategy designed page formatting templates that standardized "the look" of documents.
TERRILLnet also serves as a web-based portal to several company databases -including resource management, training tools and company calendars.
Because site content changes on a regular basis it was important for specific Terrill employees to have easy administrative access. Providing the interface that allows employees to publish data "on the fly" has been a key element of TERRILLnet's success. eStrategy also provides training content contributors as new functionality is added to the site.

Obata + Kassabaum
HOK's Desktop Publishing Guidelines were being under-utilized by HOK marketing professionals. This resulted in a diluted firm identity, and inconsistencies in multi-office proposals and presentations
Replace existing three-ring binder handbook (distribution 200) with web-accessable PDF version. Using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat, the 125 page PageMaker document was converted to an intuitive, easy to navigate PDF document HOK's firmwide marketing intranet.
Results By making the Desktop Publishing Guidelines available to the entire firm via the company intranet, a number of interesting things occurred. First, the number of actual users increased dramatically. "I can't find the handbook" was no longer an excuse for the incorrect formatting of a page. In addition, the intranet made this information available to literally every member of the firm, and overall awareness of graphic standards, corporate branding and HOK's visual identity improved throughout the organization.
Senior management quickly realized the value of digital document distribution across the Web, and this project served as a model for moving other complex HOK documents to the Web utilizing Acrobat and PDF technologies.

Health Care Services, Inc.
Emergency Medicine contract management and staffing specialists, Premier Health Care Services, recognized that their presence on the Internet needed to be strengthened. Their web site looked dated and was in need of a re-design. While basic company information was available on the site, important Opportunity Profiles were available only through direct contact with a Premier recruiter. Repeat visitors saw little change in the static content.
Wanting to stand out from the myriad of professional physician recruitment sites on the web, Premier turned to eStrategy for strategic and creative web solutions.
Improved functionality was a key project goal, and was accomplished several ways. In response to users, specific career opportunities are now regularly presented on the new site, and interested physicians can now easily upload their CV (resume) directly to a Premier recruiter. RealVideo® technology is used to stream video clips from sponsoring hospitals and medical centers, providing convenient previews for physicians considering a career move.
eStrategy has succeeded in making the new Premier site an important management and recruiting resource for physicians and hospitals. Expansion plans include relocation tools, a secure collaboration area on the site for member physicians, and integration with Premier's HR systems.

Create a new website that emphasizes the broad range of products and services offered. Maintain brand integrity by adhering to established design standards. Illustrate the company’s rich history through a timeline of photographs and illustrations.
Sales representatives reported positive feedback from clients. Confidence among customer service representatives has increased. By providing a “conduit” across offices, the site also serves as a foundation for a company-wide intranet.
